For me I could do the job excellently but not the interview though...

Something that is true for me is that when I am not busy, I tend to lose my motivation, so I hope that they can keep me busy so I can give them the performance that they deserve from me. My solution would be to ask for more responsibility. Is this an acceptable answer?

Often when outsource recruiters for a large company interview over the phone or online and are very interested in your suitability for the position, but the in person interview is conducted by someone else that in fact may not have red your resume. It's a real shock and disappointing. Have had it happen with name brand employers.

I like your videos and forwarded them several times now, cuz I was asked why I csn provide so much support with applications by now. I question I got asked lately which you havent adressed to its fullest and where you cant find stuff on the internet: when invited directly to a technical interview for a full time job and you havent revealed yet that you want the position as a part time job - when do you drop that "part time job bomb"? Based on your videos, my best suggestion was "the later the better". What do you think?

had a very interesting experience. The recruitment agency insisted on knowing my salary expectations. So, I gave her a reasonable figure, which was the minimum salary I would accept. At that time, I was unemployed, so my main goal was to get hired. A few weeks later, I asked her about the status of my application. She honestly told me that the client selected another candidate because his expectations were within their salary range. In other words, because I was cheaper, they thought I might be less qualified. Besides that,the agency might have opted for the more expensive candidate since the higher the salary, the higher their commission.
